It can manage Calendar & Scheduling, Password Management, Employment, Contacts, Addresses, Jobs, Leads, Services, Ticketing, and Vendors.

Announcements
The framework has a built-in ability to display important messages on the Web portal for such things as downtime, holidays or other items.

Multiple Applications
The framework supports an endless number of applications, and each application can have its features assigned to specific users with custom application-specific permissions. The framework can have just 1 or many applications and
can grow over time.

Multiple Companies
Each company can be skinned and customized to their preferences. This includes custom Email (can set your own domain for sending emails from the system and include your own Logo in sent emails), SMS configuration (as long as the company has a valid SMS policy and is accepted by the 3rd party SMS vendor), and many application customization features. All data is stored by the company and only data belonging to the company can be seen. Sensitive data (i.e., passwords, files etc.) is encrypted per company, where only the company storing the data can see the data.

Help System
The framework supports a database driven dynamic help system that allows standard HTML help files to be edited or created without any coding. Changes can be made by just editing standard HTML files and uploading the new content. Help items can be dynamically added as the framework grows and makes it easy to keep track of all the help for the system.
Menu System
The framework supports a database driven dynamic menu system with optional permissions for each menu item. Menus are created on the fly for the framework and all applications. Changes can be made on the fly and there is no coding for changing the look and feel of the application menu interface.
History
The framework tracks all events to the web application and can research what and who accessed the system at any point of time. It knows how each user uses the system and maintains the audit trail for all logins.

Permissions
The framework has an extensive set of permissions, and each permission has View, Modify, Delete and Hide options which allows complete control over every aspect of the system. You can configure users to be View Only, hide specific Menu items and tabs and can control exactly how each user uses the system. There is a concept of Global Permissions (permissions that cross the entire framework) and Application Permissions (that only affect the user in a specific application). The permissions can be set to be company defaults where users cannot delete the permissions from the system.
Roles
The framework allows the grouping of permissions into roles where you can assign a role and not have to set each permission for a user. The Framework supports multiple roles per user (can set many roles per user) and has the ability to override roles with setting specific permissions to a user. User Permissions take precedence over role permissions so you can override permission functionality by setting specific permissions on the user.
Users
The framework controls all access to the system and each company can have control over setting up their own users. Users can be active or locked and full control is built it the framework for complete user maintenance including password changing, lost password, MFA access, and specific application features per user. Users can also use their social media accounts to login (Google accounts only) and the system supports other 3rd party Authentication such as Microsoft.
Internal Notifications
The framework can send messages to users within the system where you do not have to email users on specific items and the notification bell will show the user that they have new messages waiting for them in the notification system. This allows quicker response and control over issues within the applications in the framework.
Licensing
The framework has a licensing system to control the number and features a company is allowed to access and prevents companies from exceeding their paid licenses.
Email and SMS
The framework has a built-in system to control access to Email and SMS and each company can setup their own domain and SMS phone number and have custom emails with their logo from the system.

Reporting
The framework has a built-in system to do reporting on users and permissions and can have other reports added as required. Reports are available in PDF and csv formats.
